Our bakers start work before the sun rises each day to ensure that every batch is as fresh as possible for you to enjoy. The warm smell of baking often escapes onto the street before we've even opened. We're dedicated to kickstarting your morning with warm muffins, buttery croissants and a cup of hot coffee!

We source fresh ingredients from local suppliers, ensuring we have what's needed to create the high quality products our regular customers have grown to expect; looking at you Liam & Sylvia! Using both modern and time-tested techniques, everything is made-in house from scratch. Our goal is to make your tastebuds happy!
Seal of Excellence
We have a Red Seal Pastry Chef leading our talented team. She has competed at 4 Skills Canada Provincial competitions since beginning her career, earning 3 medals in that time. Her 10+ years in the industry have given her a vast knowledge of many techniques and recipes. She brings seasonal flavours and ideas to our constantly changing menu, making sure your tastebuds are never bored!
